About Us
“The Art of Truth” was founded in 2013 by Director, Choreographer, Playwright and Activist, Ms. Tracie Marie Jiggetts. The birth of Ms.Jiggetts' son, Truth, was the inspiration for this revolutionary arts organization.

As proud educators and mentors in the city of Baltimore. Ms. Jiggett’s and the team could hear the resounding voices of potential activist, leaders, builders and of course artist! that were often portrayed by the media and those alike as thugs and negative influences. “What we witnessed was what Marianne Williamson explained in her book A Return to Love, was“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.”
By taking a deeply honest approach to understanding the human experience, addressing the root of individual and communal challenges, and helping to overcome societal hardships, The Art of Truth is a catalyst for healing and self-love, a movement toward empowerment through the Performing Arts!
